TVS Motor Company has launched an automobile post sales and service smartphone app called IRIDE. 

The app monitors the ride parameters of the vehicle during transit, which enhances the riding experience and safety of the user, said a company statement. 

The app’s features include emergency assistance and service facilities, coupled with some fun features to share on social platforms. 

It also offers two-way interaction as customers can provide real time feedback.
