Bookmaker William Hill report significant support for Papal favourite Peter Turkson to be named as the replacement for Pope Benedict XVI and as a result the odds are 13/8 that the next Pope is from an African Country. There are a large number of Italian contenders in the top ten and William Hill make it an odds-on chance at 4/5 that the next Pope is from Italy
