Chelsea's home is the Stamford Bridge Stadium(capacity 42000)where they have played since their establishment.

Chelsea have recorded several "firsts" in English football
1)Along with Arsenal, they were the first club to play with shirt numbers on Aug 25, 1928 in their match against Swansea Town
2)Chelsea were the first English side to travel by aeroplane to a domestic away match, when they visited Newcastle United on 19 April 1957
3) First First Division side to play a match on a Sunday, when they faced Stoke City  on Jan 27,1974.
4) On  Dec 26, 1999, Chelsea became the first British side to field an entirely foreign starting line-up (no British or Irish players) in a Premier League match against Southampton
5)On May 19, 2007, they became the first team to win the FA Cup at the new Wembly Stadium having also been the last to win it at the old Wembley.
6)After the conclusion of the 2007–08 season, Chelsea became the highest ranked club under UEFA's Five-year Coefficient System  used in the seeding of European club competitions in the following season, the first English club to do so in the 21st century.
7) On the final day of the 2009–10 season, Chelsea became the first team in Premier League history to score at least 100 goals in a single season

1)The club's 21–0 aggregate victory over Jeuness Hautcharage in the UEFA Cup Winner's Cup in 1971 remains a record in European competition.
2) Chelsea hold the record for the longest streak of unbeaten matches at home in the English top-flight, which lasted 86 matches from 20 March 2004 to 26 October 2008.
3)Chelsea hold the English record for the highest ever points total for a league season (95), the fewest goals conceded during a league season (15), the highest number of Premier League victories in a season (29), the highest number of clean sheets overall in a Premier League season (25) (all set during the 2004-05 season) 


2012 FA Cup Final - Saturday May 05,2012

The 2012 FA Cup Final (was the 131st final of the FA Cup) played between Chelsea Vs Liverpool at the Wembley Stadium,London

 

 

Chelsea won the final defeating Liverpool 2–1, claiming their 4th FA Cup Title in 6 years.Ramires(Brazil)(in 11th Minute) 

 

and Drogba(in 52nd Minute) scored for Chelsea

 

 and Carroll(64th) scored for Liverpool.

 

 

 

 

Liverpool and Chelsea had previously met 9 times in the FA Cup, including two semi-finals although they had never met in the final before. Chelsea had the upper hand in those 9 meetings, winning 5 times to Liverpool's 4; however, Liverpool won both semi-finals between the two clubs, both on neutral grounds.

Chelsea beat Bayern Munich on penalties

 




 Thomas Mullerscored for Bayern in the 83rd minute to give 1-0 lead.
 

But Didier Drogba of Chelsea scores his team’s goal at the 88th minute to level the score 1-1 and send the final into extra-time

 After a 1-1 draw after 120 minutes. Chelsea won the penalty shoot-out 4-3
