Arvind Kejriwal releases more evidence against Khurshid

 

Arvind Kejriwal came out with more revelations as he also presented some "evidences" against Khurshid's NGO Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust, accused of forgery and embezzlement of funds meant for physically challenged people, at a public function on Parliament Street on Monday Oct 15,2012.

Arvind Kejriwal claimed that the beneficiaries listed by the trust only existed on paper, not in reality. Moreover, the beneficiaries listed as physically challenged were found to be physically able. He said many of the beneficiaries never attended any camp as claimed by Khurshid.

Arvind Kejriwal alleged that Khurshid misled the nation by showing wrong pictures of physically challenged people as he paraded some of them, along with activists, who claimed that the minister's claims were false.

Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday Nov 1,2012 dared Congress President Sonia Gandhi and General Secretary Rahul Gandhi to take action against External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid and his wife Louise for corruption in the 'Zakir Hussain Memorial Trust'  

Run by Khurshid, the Trust is under scanner following allegations that money meant to distribute contraptions and aid to the disabled was pocketed by the politicians. 

Gen VK Singh extends support to Kejriwal

Former Army chief General V.K. Singh has come out in support of activist-politician Arvind Kejriwal's continuing movement against irregularities committed by the NGO run by Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid and his wife.
On being asked if he was with Team Kejriwal, the retired army chief, who took the UPA government to court over his age row, said, "I am on a mission to create awareness and I am with everyone who wants to work for the nation."
