Maruti Cervo


For this year (2012)Diwali, Maruti Suzuki India will present its much awaited replacement for the iconic 800 with Maruti Cervo. Cervo will be available at an expected price tag of Rs 2 to 2.5 lakh

Cervo is smaller than the Chevrolet Beat with some cues from Honda Jazz’s design. It has been reported that the hatchback will give a mileage of 25 kmpl

This car is already plying on Japanese road as Suzuki Cervo. However, the Cervo in India would differ from Suzuki’s Cervo on many levels from both features and specifications

Maruti Alto 800


Maruti Suzuki plans a replacement version of its existing Maruti 800 and the Alto and the new car is expected to be priced between Rs2.5 lakh to Rs3 lakh.The car will come in 6 variants—3 in CNG and 3 in Petrol.

Main highlights of the car -

Mileage: Petrol variant expected to give a mileage of approximately 23 kilometre per litre while the CNG version will give a mileage of around approximately 31 kilometre per litre.

Interiors: Fashionable and trendy, the car with stylish headlamps, better headroom and legroom.

Colours: The car will come in six vibrant colours.

Price: The petrol version is likely to be priced between Rs 2.5 lakh and Rs 3 lakh while the CNG version will be priced between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 3.5 lakh.

The launch is likely to be slated around the festive season(Oct 2012)





 Maruti Suzuki India Limited has launched the new Alto 800 in India on Tuesday Oct 16,2012 at a starting price of Rs 2.44 lakh, (ex-showroom Delhi).The 2012 Alto 800 will be available in six trim levels including CNG versions.Maruti is also claiming a fuel economy of 22.7kmpl for the petrol powered variants and 30.46km/kg for the CNG ones.

'Jism 2'


 The plot line of Jism 2 narrates the fate of a porn star who is hired by a dashing intelligence officer to become a 'Honey-trap' for a dreaded assassin.Arunoday Singh plays a cop in the film. He hires a porn star, played by Sunny Leone to trap an assassin, played by Randeep Hooda.
The role of a brooding tough cop Kabir played by Randeep Hooda bears an uncanny resemblance to real-life cop Vasant Dhoble.

Roger Federer Wins 7th Wimbledon Title

 

Roger Federer(Swiss)Defeats Andy Murray(Britain)4-6, 7-5, 6-3, 6-4 on Sunday July 08,2012.

 In their two previous meetings at Grand Slam finals – the US Open in 2008 and the Australian Open – Murray had not managed to take a set off Roger Federer


Sunday's match was the first Wimbledon singles final to be played with the roof closed. The roof was first used at the All England Club in 2009.


Roger Federer won his 17th Grand Slam title by winning this year's wimbledon title.

On Saturday, Serena Williams  finished with 17 aces — including four in one game — and a record 102 for the tournament.
 

Also Serena Williams is the 1st woman in her 30s to win a Wimbledon title since Martina Navratilova, who won at the All England Club in 1990 when she was 33.
