Virat Kohli's masterly 111 helped India clinch the 5-Match ODI Series 3-1 against West Indies as his ton guided India to a comfortable eight wicket victory in the final ODI played at Jamaica.
This century was Virat's 28th in OODI cricket, and out of these 28, 18 have come while chasing.
Virat Kohli passed Sachin Tendulkar, who held the record with 17 centuries till now. While Tendulkar took 232 innings to reach 17, Kohli has reached the milestone with only 102 innings.
This again proved why Kohli is tipped by everyone as the player who might be able to match or even beat Tendulkar's incredible records.
The duo stitched an unbeaten 122-run partnership for the third wicket to get India over the line with eight wicket left and more than 13 overs to spare.
