Kulbhushan Jadhav, a retired Indian navy officer has been awarded the death sentence by a military court in Pakistan.
Jadhav has been accused by Pakistan of being a 'RAW' agent, and has supposedly confessed before the court of being tasked by RAW to plan, coordinate and organise espionage and sabotage activities aiming to destabilize and wage a war against Pakistan.
